Letter to editor is to be submitted as a pair of letters in conjunction with a letter 'Adapting smoking cessation targets for military smokers' written by Surg Lt Alexander Bishop. KR planned, carried out and wrote up the report and letter for the study along with making final amendments to the letter prior to submission.
