AB This is the third paper in a three-part series detailing the lessons identified during the National Health Service (NHS) England clinical debrief meetings which followed the response to the 2017 Manchester and London terrorist incidents. It covers the postincident and recovery phases including rehabilitation, bereavement support, psychological support, network and regional lessons, NHS communications and supply organisations. It also summarises the military application of these lessons and outlines the next steps for further development.
