Free-text responses to the questionnaire along the following themes: For PF commanders to empower students in forward locations to deliver training to their colleagues and civilians, especially in schools and colleges which have been targeted in recent active shooter incidents. Translation into Kiswahili was frequently mentioned. Integrate national help contacts rather than UK contacts. Making it available in hard copy for those without smart phones. Including links in the app to the educational material and videos online.
